Visitors are informed that, under provisions of Article 88 para. 3 of Legislative Decree No. 18 of 17 March 2020, tickets purchased for visits in the period between 8th March and whenever the museum reopens will be refunded with a digital voucher for the equivalent sum, which may be used within one year of issue.
By express provision of the law, any other form of reimbursement is currently excluded.
For the reimbursement of tickets purchased before March 8th please write to firstname.lastname@example.org communicating booking code (e.g. TLITE0123456789876) and bank references (Account holder, Iban, swift/bic) in order to proceed with the refund. Any online payments will be cancelled from the credit card used for the payment.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE VOUCHER
Requests for reimbursement should be sent to email@example.com. The email should include the reservation number, date and time, and name and surname of the reservation holder. Refund applications already submitted will be considered valid to proceed with the issue of the voucher.
For entrances purchased through intermediaries (tour operators or travel agencies), please contact the operator or agency itself.
HOW CAN I USE THE VOUCHER?
The vouchers will be valid for one year from the date of issue. To use them, a new booking should be made through the portal Vivaticket.com, giving the voucher number.
It can be used for purchases to the same value or for purchases of a higher value to partly cover the cost.
REFUND FOR SCHOOLS
Under Art. 28 para. 9 of Legislative Decree No. 9 of 2 March 2020, which suspends all travel and educational initiatives, schools will be entitled to reimbursement of the cost of reservation of the visit or, alternatively, for a voucher of the same value.
Applications should be sent by schools to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email should indicate the booking number, date and time, name and surname of the contact person and name of the school.
