After 11 years, the licensee is changing for the museum’s additional services, which include ticketing, reservations, cultural assistance to the public, merchandising and publishing.
The temporary association of companies made up of Skira, Vivaticket , Spazio Aster and Villaggio Globale, who pioneered the expansion of the services offered by a museum structure that was both very well known and difficult, proved fundamental in its growth from 270,000 visitors in 2008 to over 460,000 in 2019. Their place is being taken by the new group headed by Verona 83.
The start of the services provided by the new licensees will be gradual and all services, compatibly with the restrictions in place for preventing the Covid-19 contagion, will become active from 1 December 2020.
In these two transitional months, the situations and charges applied under the previous management will have to coexist with those of the new. This may cause some differences in the sales system, but they will be no more than is natural in a handover of this kind. The whole group will work to immediately ensure the finest service for the public and clear and transparent information.
