Visitor notice: road closures around the Last Supper Museum

On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 25, a funeral service for pilot Luca Maurizio Salvadori will be held at the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Due to the expected large attendance at the service, the Museum informs that law enforcement will close vehicular traffic on all streets surrounding the museum from approximately 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Tram route no. 16 will also be diverted.

 
Pedestrian access to the Last Supper Museum will still be ensured throughout the day by law enforcement. Visitors are advised to use the metro, alighting at either Cadorna (M1 and M2 lines) or Conciliazione (M1 line) stations, and walk along Via Ruffini to reach the Museum. A fenced walkway will be set up in Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie between the ticket office and the entrance of the “Cenacolo” to ensure access for pre-booked visitors.
 
Pre-booked visitors are kindly requested to take these disruptions into account and allow extra travel time to reach the Museum on time.
