Individual visitors booking (and small groups)

At this link you will find the official ticket sales site for the Museum of Leonardo’s Last Supper.

The online platform is reserved for individual visitors (up to a maximum of 5 tickets). The availability of places displayed therefore refers to the time slots booked for individual visitors.

Bookings for schools and groups must be made through the appropriate application form. If you want to buy up to 9 tickets, you can book through the call centre on +39 02 92800360.

In order to finalize the purchase, you must register on the sales website.

In the calendar of places available you will find the dates for which tickets are available marked in green. Select the date and time you are interested in and proceed with the purchase by selecting the number and type of tickets you want (please note that a maximum of 5 tickets can be purchased on the online platform). Then enter the  name and surname of all the participants in the visit and confirm that you have read and fully accepted the General conditions for the use of the service, that you have accepted the museum regulations and the conditions of sale.

Note: it will not be possible to cancel or modify your transaction as, pursuant to Art. 55, paragraph 1. lett. b) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (called the “Consumer Code”) the exercise of the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 64 et seq. does not apply).

At this point you will be directed to the payment platform, where you can only pay by credit card. Enter the data requested and follow the instructions provided by the system to complete the operation.

Note: The sales site is secured by 3D secure anti-fraud protection systems (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey, J/Secure).

To complete the payment you need to activate the anti-fraud system: after filling in all the data required for the payment, just enter your security code and the payment will be completed. The security code is a personal identification number and the activation procedures vary depending on the issuer of your card. If your credit card is enabled, but you have not yet activated the anti-fraud system, you will be required to activate it in order to continue.

Important: Remember that the 3D Secure system is not operated by the licensee and for any information you need to contact the issuer of your credit card.

Once the transaction is completed, if the payment has been successful, the system displays the payment receipt. It contains a summary of all the transactions completed and the receipt, which we always recommend that you print. In addition, once the payment has been made, you will receive two emails within a short time (a few minutes). The payment authorisation email will be sent to the address used during compilation of the payment data; the email containing the transaction summary will be sent to the address used during registration. In addition, you can check your purchases or transaction codes in the My Vivaticket – My Purchases section.

Tickets may be collected from the box office only by the holder of the personal data entered. At the ticket office you will be asked to show valid ID.

Registration on the sales site is necessary since the tickets that are issued are tax certificates and must therefore be in the name of a natural person. The registration system requires personal data, including the tax code (for foreign citizens their passport number).

If you are not registered with Vivaticket, click on the Register link  (always visible at the top right of the page) or on the Login and Register button on the price list page for each event. Once you have filled in and confirmed all the data, you will be sent a message to the email address you have supplied. The email will contain a link that you will need to complete the registration.

Important: if you do not click on the activation link in the email, you will not be able to complete registration and will not be able to make any purchases.
