No, for purchases already made the cost of the ticket is not refundable. On the right of withdrawal, we recommend you consult the “General conditions for the use of the Vivaticket service”. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and prohibition of cancellation of the purchase made.

No, for admission tickets already purchased, it is not possible to modify the date, time, or name.

No, the admission ticket is nominal. Please check your choices carefully at the time of purchase, as it will not be possible to change the name once the process is complete (for online and call centers purchases of individual admissions).
